En este art\u00edculo, la coordinadora de CHAISE, la profesora Parisa Ghodous de la Universidad Claude Bernard Lyon 1, nos cuenta lo que ha logrado el equipo del proyecto durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o y lo que viene a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/h3>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"divider-wrapper\"  >\n    <hr class=\"unseparator border-default-color separator-no-padding\"  \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>El primer a\u00f1o de implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto CHAISE fue muy productivo, y el equipo del proyecto alcanz\u00f3 sus primeros objetivos e hitos. Durante el primer semestre, el equipo se centr\u00f3 en desarrollar una estrategia de investigaci\u00f3n, basada en m\u00faltiples fuentes de datos y metodolog\u00edas de investigaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en la participaci\u00f3n de numerosos expertos y representantes de los sectores p\u00fablico, privado, de investigaci\u00f3n y de pol\u00edticas. El primer semestre permiti\u00f3 completar el an\u00e1lisis del mercado laboral de blockchain y las actividades de recopilaci\u00f3n de habilidades de inteligencia, lo que result\u00f3 en la demarcaci\u00f3n del ecosistema Blockchain y una documentaci\u00f3n completa de la demanda y oferta existente de habilidades t\u00e9cnicas y no t\u00e9cnicas de Blockchain. Adem\u00e1s, bas\u00e1ndose en la evidencia del mercado laboral, el equipo del proyecto esboz\u00f3 el perfil de los profesionales emergentes de Blockchain en el mercado europeo: el arquitecto de Blockchain, el desarrollador de Blockchain Developer y el manager de Blockchain.
