Onder leiding van de onderzoeksgroep van DHBW <a href=\"https:\/\/next-education.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NextEducation<\/a>zullen de onderzoeksresultaten de basis leggen voor de komende CHAISE-activiteiten<\/h4>\n<p>In de komende zes maanden is het doel van de onderzoeksactiviteiten om de Blockchain-arbeidsmarkt te beschrijven, de huidige vraag naar Blockchain-vaardigheden te bepalen, het aanbod van bestaande Blockchain-trainingsmogelijkheden te identificeren en een mismatch-rapport op te stellen dat de hiaten laat zien tussen het aanbod van Blockchain-vaardigheden en vraag naar vaardigheden in de EU.<\/p>\n<p>Op basis van dit onderzoek wil CHAISE een open, inclusief Blockchain-beheersysteem voor vaardigheden cre\u00ebren om lacunes in vaardigheden aan te pakken en passende opleidingen, informatieverstrekking en mobiliteitsoplossingen te bieden die zijn afgestemd op de behoeften van de sector. Dit onderzoek zal ook de basis vormen voor de Europese Blockchain Skills Strategie die in een later stadium van het project zal worden ontwikkeld.<\/p>\n<p>Een eerste stap van het onderzoek was de voorlopige ontwikkeling van de &quot;Onderzoeksmethodologie om arbeidsmarktinformatie te verzamelen en mismatches in vaardigheden te identificeren&quot;, die werd gepubliceerd in januari 2021. De onderzoeksstrategie biedt een brede triangulatie van methodologie\u00ebn, perspectieven en gegevensbronnen om een meer inzicht in welke mogelijkheden nodig zijn om het Europese blockchain-veld vooruit te helpen. De methodologie omvat 12 categorie\u00ebn, die worden geleid door drie teams en het werk van meer dan 28 partners omvatten. Het onderzoek zal resulteren in de volgende resultaten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onderzoek naar de kenmerken van de Blockchain-arbeidsmarkt<\/li>\n<li>Register van Blockchain online vacatures<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoek naar de vraag naar Blockchain-vaardigheden<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoek naar het aanbod van Blockchain-vaardigheden<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoek naar discrepanties tussen vaardigheden in de Blockchain-sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dit deel van het CHAISE-project beschrijft daarom een robuuste en valide onderzoeksstrategie waarbij een multi-stakeholderpanel van individuen, experts en stakeholders uit het bedrijfsleven en de publieke sector, en uit onderzoek en beleid betrokken zal zijn.<\/p>\n<p>De onderzoeksactiviteiten worden geleid door de <a href=\"https:\/\/next-education.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NextEducation<\/a> onderzoeksgroep van de Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Karlsruhe, Duitsland, onder supervisie van Professor Dr. Ulf-Daniel Ehlers. De onderzoeksgroep heeft zich aangesloten bij het CHAISE-initiatief om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van geavanceerde onderzoeksmethodologie op het gebied van vaardigheden om de Blockchain Skills Agenda of the Future in Europese landen te ontwerpen.
