In dit artikel vertelt CHAISE-co\u00f6rdinator Prof. Parisa Ghodous van Universit\u00e9 Claude Bernard Lyon 1 wat het samenwerkingsverband het afgelopen jaar heeft bereikt en wat er nog gaat komen.<\/h3>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"divider-wrapper\"  >\n    <hr class=\"unseparator border-default-color separator-no-padding\"  \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Het eerste jaar van de uitvoering van het CHAISE-project was zeer productief, waarbij het partnerschap zijn eerste doelstellingen en mijlpalen heeft bereikt. Tijdens het eerste semester heeft het partnerschap zich toegespitst op de ontwikkeling van een grondige onderzoeksstrategie, gebaseerd op meerdere gegevensbronnen en onderzoeksmethodologie\u00ebn, alsook op de betrokkenheid van talrijke deskundigen en vertegenwoordigers uit de particuliere, de openbare, de onderzoeks- en de beleidssector. Het eerste semester maakte het mogelijk de blockchain-arbeidsmarktanalyse en het verzamelen van informatie over vaardigheden af te ronden, wat resulteerde in de afbakening van het blockchain-ecosysteem en een uitgebreide documentatie van de bestaande vraag naar en het bestaande aanbod van technische en niet-technische vaardigheden op het gebied van blockchain. Daarnaast heeft het partnerschap, op basis van arbeidsmarktgegevens, het profiel geschetst van de opkomende Blockchain Professionals op de Europese markt; namelijk de Blockchain Architect, de Blockchain Developer en de Blockchain Manager. Lees onze studies en rapporten <a href=\"https:\/\/chaise-blockchainskills.eu\/nl\/publications-and-reports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hier.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Het bovenstaande is van groot belang geweest voor de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van het project, aangezien het de gefundeerde basis vormt voor de formulering van een Europese strategie voor de ontwikkeling van vaardigheden - te publiceren in maart 2022 - die de heersende tekorten aan vaardigheden zal aanpakken en zal inspelen op de huidige en toekomstige behoeften aan vaardigheden van de Europese Blockchain-beroepsbevolking.<\/p>\n<p>Parallel daarmee is het samenwerkingsverband al begonnen met het ontwerpen van een model om de vraag naar en het aanbod van Blockchain Professionals te voorspellen op basis van macro-omgeving (megatrends) en sectorspecifieke trends.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ik wens u veel plezier met ons werk en nodig u uit regelmatig onze website te raadplegen voor nieuwe rapporten en inzichten, ons te volgen op sociale media of rechtstreeks <a href=\"https:\/\/chaise-blockchainskills.eu\/nl\/contact\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact met ons op te nemen<\/a> voor meer informatie.<\/p>\n<p>Deelt u onze visie?
