The Austrian National Information Day was held on October 7th, 2024, at the Digitalsunray Media GmbH in Vienna and was organised by CHAISE Austrian Partner ECQA.

The event kicked off with an introduction to the CHAISE project, followed by hands-on exercises from the CHAISE online course where participants could apply blockchain concepts to real situations.

The event included a panel discussion featuring experts from various fields including academia, education, technology, and finance. Those experts discussed several key topics including the future of blockchain technology and its potential to drive innovation across different sectors. They emphasized how blockchain can connect different industries and improve transparency and efficiency, praising also CHAISE’s educational approach in preparing professionals for the blockchain field.

The discussions also covered the evolution of tokenomics and DeFi, and the leading sectors for blockchain adoption by 2025. Up to the experts in the event, their widespread adoption could happen within the next decade, depending on technological progress and regulations.

The event successfully showcased blockchain’s potential and highlighted the importance of robust educational initiatives like CHAISE to support blockchain’s path to mainstream adoption.
