The Blockchain Skills for Europe Alliance (CHAISE) invites organisations to support the project goals and outcomes via a Statement of Support.

What is the purpose of the Statement of Support?

The current Statement of Support calls on Blockchain stakeholders from across Europe, such as IT companies, sector representatives, policy actors, social partners, standardization organisations, national qualification agencies, VET and HE institutions, trainers/mentors, and field experts to:

acknowledge the emerging occupational profiles in the Blockchain field and the defined skills and knowledge requirements, and
contribute to the advancement of the project’s objectives to reinforce education in digital competences, based on the principles of common interest, reciprocity, and complementarity.

The Blockchain Occupational Profiles defined by CHAISE

CHAISE implemented a comprehensive and novel analysis to demarcate the Blockchain sector, and define Blockchain skills requirements, supply, and mismatches. This analysis showed the emergence of three new roles (profiles) in the European Blockchain field: ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΙΣΤΗΣ BLOCKCHAIN, Αρχιτέκτονας BLOCKCHAIN, and BLOCKCHAIN Μάνατζερ.

ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΙΣΤΗΣ BLOCKCHAIN

Ο Προγραμματιστής Blockchain κωδικοποιεί τις εφαρμογές Blockchain και φροντίζει για την επίλυση προβλημάτων σε μικροεπίπεδο. Το αντικείμενο της εργασίας του απαιτεί γενικές δεξιότητες ανάπτυξης λογισμικού με μεγάλη έμφαση στις δεξιότητες ανάπτυξης της τεχνολογίας και των εφαρμογών Blockchain, επιχειρησιακές επιχειρηματικές δεξιότητες και όλες τις εγκάρσιες μελλοντικές δεξιότητες, ιδιαίτερα την αυτοδιαχειριζόμενη εργασία.

Ο Αρχιτέκτονας Blockchain σχεδιάζει την πολυεπίπεδη αρχιτεκτονική ενός μεγάλου συστήματος Blockchain και τοπίου λογισμικού και διασφαλίζει τη συνοχή όλων των πτυχών ενός έργου ως ολοκληρωμένου συστήματος. Επιπλέον, ο αρχιτέκτονας blockchain διασφαλίζει τη συνολική τεχνική ποιότητα της εφαρμογής blockchain. Το αντικείμενο εργασίας του απαιτεί μια ισχυρή μικρο και μακροσκοπική προοπτική. Έχει μεγάλη εστίαση στην ανάπτυξη δημιουργικών έργων στον σχεδιασμό προϊόντων και περιπτώσεων χρήσης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της σύλληψης και του σχεδιασμού λύσεων Blockchain. Ο Αρχιτέκτονας Blockchain είναι συγκρίσιμος με το προφίλ του αρχιτέκτονα λύσεων. Είναι αρχιτέκτονες συστημάτων ICT που ειδικεύονται σε λύσεις που βασίζονται σε blockchain. BLOCKCHAIN Μάνατζερ

Ο Blockchain Μάνατζερ ηγείται ομάδων προγραμματιστών και αρχιτεκτόνων. Ο Blockchain Μάνατζερ παρακολουθεί την πρόοδο υλοποίησης και διατηρεί στενή συνεργασία με διευθυντές επιχειρήσεων ή επαγγελματίες του μάρκετινγκ για να προσδιορίσει τις απαιτήσεις της αγοράς για νέα συστήματα και εφαρμογές Blockchain. Αυτός ο ρόλος παρακολουθεί την ποιότητα της διαδικασίας για να διασφαλίσει ότι τα προϊόντα πληρούν τους τεχνικούς και επιχειρηματικούς στόχους τους, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ηθικού προβληματισμού πιθανών τομέων εφαρμογής της τεχνολογίας. Διαθέτει επικοινωνία με άλλα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη, όπως διευθυντές τμημάτων και επαγγελματίες μάρκετινγκ. The CHAISE Blockchain VET Programme

The CHAISE partnership has designed a VET curriculum to fill in the gap in the supply and quality of existing formal and non-formal training for the emerging blockchain roles. Further, the curriculum addresses the evolving labour market needs and skills requirements, resulting from the increasing adoption of blockchain use cases across all economic sectors.

The CHAISE VET curriculum comprises modules that are common to the three blockchain roles (Developer, Architect and Manager) in the first year of education, and specialisation learning pathways for each of them after the second year of education. The programme has a 5-semester duration and corresponds to EQF 5.
